As your Virtual Bookkeeper I can handle all of your weekly income/expenses as well as your monthly reconciliations and provide you with reports as needed. There are a few options for handling this virtually. Some clients grant me access to their banking and credit card companies so I can download the necessary files to import into their QuickBooks. Others choose to email me the statements or provide it to me in a shared Dropbox folder and then I manually enter the data from those reports. If you have a desktop version of QuickBooks a remote access subscription is needed through a service such as LogMeIn. There is also the option for me to host your company file on my computer and then I send the reports to you when you need them(Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.) This option works well for those of you who only need monthly reports.
Security
Bentley's Virtual Office Boutique takes the security of client work very seriously. The office computer is password protected. No one uses the office computer except for the owner. In addition, all client electronic files that are confidential in nature are protected at all times.
